I am going to go insane. I like having a schedule and a set number of things I need to do, even if those things get stressful. I like being at school where everything I need is within walking distance. Now I have to actively WORK on not being bored. I'm going to go crazy. Maybe I'll set some definitive goals for the summer... I don't know what would make me adhere to them, but I can at least try...
- The Shoe thing. I'll figure out any legal things surrounding that so that I can actually sell them online. I'll talk to my Uncle about it or something or ask Google. I would like to open commissions by the time I get to Boston, so for the month of May I can get everything together that I need to actually start selling them. Figure out the PayPal stuff. Sounds reasonable.
- Hopefully I have this illustration job to keep me partially sane for a while. But that also doesn't start until June, and that's IF I'm hired. The real world insists that I find a job.
- ART? I would like to explore non-linear story telling... I mean that's a really vague on-going thing I will probably use for my thesis in a few years. But I want to investigate the different ways to get an audience involved in narrative. I always have these threads of worlds and characters, but adding a linear story to them is such a DRAG. I will develop a structured way to explore non-linear storytelling? That would be a good goal for the month of May when I have little else to do except wait for June.
