Things have really started to pick up with Fiddle Earth Media! We are currently on the lookout for more talented artists to join our team, so if you are one let me know. And with adding new people to the team comes creating a consistent aesthetic for the game. I've never had this responsibility before, and it's certainly new to me, but I thought a good jumping off point would be to make an art document that starts to outline the aesthetic rules of development. I like to give people as much autonomy as I can when overseeing a project because if people are making what they want to make, they're much more likely to make their best work. So I'm currently learning to balance the aesthetic needs of the game with our artists' and modelers' individual styles. It's a fantastic learning experience!
